Venice View Beach Resort – Nzema, Ghana

1. Booking and Confirmation

All reservations must be made through our official channels, including our website, authorized agents, or at our front desk. Bookings are only confirmed once full payment or a required deposit is received. Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact and payment information at the time of booking.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

Standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, depending on room availability and may incur additional fees. A valid photo ID is required for all guests at check-in.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

All fees paid to Venice View Beach Resort are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation, change of plans, weather conditions, personal emergencies, or no-show. By completing your reservation, you agree and accept this no-refund policy without exception.

4. Cancellations and Modifications

Venice View Beach Resort does not offer refunds for cancellations or shortened stays. Date changes may be considered upon written request made at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival, but are subject to availability and management approval. Additional fees may apply.

5. Use of Facilities

Resort facilities, including the beach area, lounge, restaurant, and recreation zones, are for the exclusive use of registered guests. Guests use all facilities at their own risk. Parents or guardians must supervise children at all times. The resort may temporarily close access to facilities for maintenance or safety reasons without prior notice.

6. Guest Conduct

All guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully while on the property. Disorderly conduct, excessive noise, vandalism, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate eviction from the premises without a refund. Venice View Beach Resort reserves the right to deny access or service to any guest violating these terms.

7. Liability and Loss

Venice View Beach Resort is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during your stay. Valuables should be secured in provided safes or with the front desk. Guests use the resort’s beach and facilities at their own risk. The resort is not liable for injuries or accidents unless caused by proven negligence of staff.

8. Pets and Animals

Pets are not allowed at Venice View Beach Resort. Only certified service animals may be permitted upon prior request and documentation. Any property damage or disruptions caused by animals will be charged to the registered guest.

9. Damage and Additional Charges

Guests will be held financially responsible for any damages, excessive cleaning, or loss caused to resort property, whether intentional or accidental. Venice View Beach Resort reserves the right to charge the card or payment method on file for the cost of repairs, replacements, or lost revenue due to damage.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising out of your stay or use of services at Venice View Beach Resort shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Nzema or the Western Region of Ghana.
